Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 221 platform found on this website, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any provision, you must not use the platform.

To access the full 221 services, you must register an account with truthful, accurate, and complete information. Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts.

You are fully responsible for ensuring accuracy of information provided during registration, including full name, phone number, and payment details. 221 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time deemed necessary.

Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone. 221 will never request your password via any communication channel.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact the 221 support team immediately and change your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account until we have received official notification.

Payment and Transaction Information

Currency

All transactions on the 221 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Any foreign currency exchanges are subject to current rates and applicable fees. 221 is not responsible for any losses resulting from currency exchange rate differences.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed via the payment methods listed on the platform, including Touch 'n Go eWallet and FPX. Users must ensure payment details entered are accurate. 221 is not responsible for losses due to incorrect information provided by users during payment processing.

Transaction Failed

If a transaction fails to process, funds will be refunded to the original source within the timeframe set by the payment provider. Users are encouraged to contact 221 support if unresolved after 3 working days. All transaction records are kept for audit and review purposes.

User Responsibilities

Users are fully responsible for ensuring their use of the 221 platform complies with applicable local laws and regulations. You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or activities that could compromise other users’ security.

Prohibited actions include attempting to hack or disrupt the platform systems, spreading false information, using automated bots to manipulate games or transactions, and any form of fraud or misconduct that harms the platform or other users.

221 Liability Limit

221 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service.

Account Suspension and Closure

221 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if these terms are violated, fraud is suspected, or any activity threatens platform integrity. Users whose accounts are closed due to violations forfeit any remaining credit balances.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 221 platform are the exclusive property of 221 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, or using any platform content without written permission from 221.

Third-Party Links

The 221 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 221 has no control over their content or privacy practices and is not liable for any losses arising from using these third-party links. Users are advised to read the third-party sites’ terms and privacy policies before use.
